Overview: Anonymous mid-sized company grows into large corporation and requires efficient, organized internal communications and custom web applications for increased productivity. Access to all staff and unlimited boundaries on creativity allow the focus to center around practical user friendly functionality, while the front end design is unique to the business and their employees.

Project: Lead a team of three IT programmers as project manager for the Intranet development and design of new end-user applications. Streamline actions like document sharing, make stationary, forms and policies available, materialize concepts like a desired specific corporate culture, and everything in between.

Solution: Interview department heads to maximize Intranet usability. Theme and redesign the new internal web initiative to make each employee feel personally included, additionally, custom graphics throughout the Intranet allow those who want, to participate. By mixing custom icons, professional photography, photo manipulation, photo editing and photo retouching, the resulting product is unique, resourceful and well received throughout all levels of the company. Intuitive applications enhance in-house communication and provide employees with resources to increase efficiency and productivity.
